Can Yoga cause injury?

Yes, doing same type of classes can cause injuries specially when its most strength focuses. Strength training also contribute to stiffness, so if only power, hot, pilates, and sculpts are done repeatedly can cause injuries. Restore, slow flow and mobility classes triggers healing, flexibility, mobility.

How slow moving classes helps?

Slow-moving classes combined with deep, intentional breathing help activate your body's rest-and-recovery response, lowering stress while improving flexibility, joint mobility, and body awareness. They also encourage diaphragmatic breathing, which supports healthy circulation, digestion, and recovery, helping your body move, heal, and feel better over time.
