  • Camp Campbell is located at 16275 Highway 9, Boulder Creek, CA 95006, about 45 minutes away from San Jose.

  • Check In Schedule: Friday, March 27th, 2026

    • Check in at the main parking lot at the entrance of camp.

    • Please arrive between 4pm and 5pm.

    • Dinner is served from 6:00-6:45 pm. If you arrive after dinner, please be prepared to find dinner in town or pack a dinner. If you arrive after dinner begins, please park in the parking lot and come directly to the Swenson Dining Lodge to check in. 

    Check Out Sunday, March 29th, 2026

    • You will have to be completely moved out of your cabins by 10am but are able to stay on camp until noon (This allows the cleaning staff enough time to clean the building before the next group arrives later in the afternoon).

  • The cabins are equipped with heaters, private showers, and electricity, and are ADA accessible. Each cabin will sleep up to 6-10 guests, bunk style and can accommodate as many as 18. We will be able to spread out to allow for more privacy. Each bunk bed is placed in a diverse angle, giving guests more privacy.

  • The main activities and options for the retreat will happen on Saturday and we can’t guarantee that you will not want to stay after seeing the luscious space! We are requiring a full admittance fee even if you choose to leave Saturday evening or arrive on Saturday.

  • Well-balanced meals will be served daily by buffet style, featuring a variety of options to satisfy different tastes and dietary needs. An extensive salad bar will be available at both lunch and dinner.

  • You are welcome to bring your own snacks. There is not a refrigerator or microwave for public use.

  • Coffee and tea are provided during meal times. Drinking water dispensers and tea are available 24 hours a day in the dining hall and all of the sinks at Camp Campbell are safe drinking water sources. We encourage you to bring reusable water bottles for use during non-meal times.

  • Packing List: 

    • Bedding (Twin Sheet, blanket, pillow and/or sleeping bag)

    • Sweatshirt and Jacket/Raincoat (it will be cold morning & evening)

    • Long Pants/ Shorts

    • Underwear/Socks

    • Shoes

    • Journal & Preferred Writing Utensil (for journaling/writing sessions)

    • Phone charger (outlets available next to bed)

    • Pajamas (ear plugs and eye mask if needed)

    • Flashlight

    • Bug Spray/Sunblock

    • Swim Gear & Sandals (Pool is heated)

    • Towel (pool and showering)

    • Toiletries (hair dryer if needed)

    • Water Bottle/coffee travel mug (BYOB- no hard alcohol)

    • White Shirt for Tie Dye (one can be purchased at the camp store on Saturday morning)

    • Yoga Mat (blocks, bolster, and blanket if you would like them)

    • Workout Clothes for Hikes/Yoga

    • Cash for the camp store and/or a massage/facial

    • Anything else you might need for the weekend!

  • Yes, we recommend that you bring a pillow and pillowcase, and blankets and sheets/ or a sleeping bag.

  • Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.

  • There will be scheduled daily activities that are open and optional for participation including but not limited to: restorative yoga, meditation, mindful breathing, sound bath, yoga philosophy, intention setting, vision board and journaling, hiking and forest bathing, arts and crafts, painting and wood burning, archery and axe throwing, campfire and s’mores, scones and teatime, and more.

  • There will be 1-1 sessions with our experts in Astrology, energy readings and massages. Those services will be paid per session. All group activities are included and encouraged to be taken at your convenience.

  • With the exception of certified service/guide dogs, no animals are allowed.

  • Yes! The camp store is fully stocked with essential camping items like flashlights and toothpaste, and also has souvenirs, such as hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, flashlights, and water bottles. The store does not sell food, candy, or drinks.
